FSTalent is operated by Critical Systems Analysis, LLC. Forms collect only what you submit: work email addresses for alerts, template downloads, and job-link emails; employer contact details and role details for Post a job; and optional company details for downloads.

We use this information to deliver requested links or templates, run double opt-in job alerts and unsubscribe handling, review submitted roles, and follow up on hiring requests.

Submissions are stored with Cloudflare services and tracked as GitHub issues for CSA follow-up. HubSpot Meetings may process scheduling details when the meeting embed is configured. Job postings are compiled from LinkedIn and other public job postings or employer submissions, and templates are genericised from public posting patterns.

No advertising cookies or analytics trackers are used. This build uses first-party scripts for site behavior, form posting, chart rendering, and browser error reporting; the Post a job page may load HubSpot's meeting embed.
